Cats with Urinary Blockages that need special Urinary Food and constant monitoring of their urinary output like Shadow.  One easy way to get cats to drink more is to give them ice cubes.  Adding ice to water bowls may entice them to drink more and helps them keep cool on hot days.  Adding a fountain along side a water dish can also attract cats to drink more water.

Dental Issues compounded by liver issues causing jaundice, like Shadow.

Digestive/gastrointestinal issues, including worms, affect a lot of outdoor cats, like Liberty.  

Liberty's adorable ear tip means she was an outdoor cat who was spayed and a notch of her ear was removed to let feeders know that she was fixed.  Liberty decided that indoor life with humans wasn't so bad.  Liberty is living with her medical foster.
